At Cedar Valley Cheese, extraordinary cheese begins with extraordinary milk. That’s why we partner closely with nearly 100 dedicated dairy farmers from southeastern Wisconsin—some of the most skilled and committed producers in the region. These family farms share our passion for quality, sustainability, and tradition, bringing decades of experience to deliver roughly 50 million gallons of milk to Cedar Valley Cheese each year!
By sourcing fresh milk daily from local herds, we ensure our cheeses are crafted with superior taste and consistency. Our strong relationships with area farmers mean we’re able to invest in local communities and uphold the legacy of Wisconsin’s proud dairy heritage.
