As a part of many Cedar Valley Cheese Factory expansions, the Cedar Valley Cheese Store opened in May of 2006. The store is jointly owned by Tracy Hiller and Sue Okray.

It was decided early on that cheese was going to be the primary focus and is front and center when customers walk in the door. This led to finding over 300 different cheese choices a customer can find to buy!

The most popular cheeses for purchase are the Factory Fresh String Cheese, which is made daily at the attached factory, and our Fresh "Friday Cheese Curds". They are true Wisconsin favorites!

The store also includes a cafe with a fantastic selection of sandwiches, soups, snacks and ice cream, and indoor and outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy!  The store also has a diverse wine selection so you can find your perfect wine and cheese pairing.

The two busiest times of year are during the summer months and during the Christmas holiday season. More and more individuals and companies are sending gift boxes from Cedar Valley Cheese Store. A gift of cheese is something that can be enjoyed by anyone!
