The recent addition of an 88,000 square foot warehouse allowed Cedar Valley Cheese to double its capabilities and offer a variety of new services such as ambient, cooler, and freezer storage, shredding, load consolidation and cross-docking.
Our 40,000 square foot Cold Storage has 3 temperature variable zones. Our main zone is meticulously maintained between 34-36 degrees F. We offer both short and long-term storage options.
An additional 40,000 square feet of Ambient storage is maintained at 65 degrees. This offers both rackable and stackable options for storage.
With 14 dock doors for increased truck turnover, we can consolidate in a timely manner. Other services include case pick/pack with barcoded inventory.
